How to create a QR code online
- Choose a type: link, text, vCard, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, Viber, Wi-Fi, email or SMS.
- Fill in the fields and choose module shapes, finder borders and centers. Add your logo if you wish.
- Choose PNG or SVG download. Qivo checks readability before saving the file.
QR codes with a logo and custom design
The editor includes 19 module shapes, 15 finder borders and 16 finder centers. Adjust colors, logo size and the white margin around your QR code. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo. Adding a logo applies error correction level H.
Decorative designs affect readability. Keep good contrast between a dark code and a light background, and generally leave a white margin of at least four modules for print. The editor check helps identify problems, but also scan the finished layout with your phone.
Should I choose PNG or SVG?
PNG is a raster image from 256 to 2048 pixels, suitable for presentations, messages and posts. SVG preserves the QR code as vector geometry for resizing, business cards, labels and print. An uploaded logo inside the SVG remains a raster image.
QR codes for Wi-Fi, contacts and messaging apps
A Wi-Fi QR code contains the network name, security type and password. A vCard holds contact details for an address book. WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber codes open a chat or profile; email and SMS codes prepare a message. Support depends on the phone, scanner and installed apps.
Do QR codes expire?
Qivo creates static QR codes: data is encoded directly in the image, without a service redirect. The code itself does not expire. If it links to a website, the destination page must remain available.
Can I change the content after downloading?
To change the text, contact or address encoded in a QR code, create a new image. If you control the linked website, you can update the destination page without changing a printed code.
Does Qivo store the data I enter?
The app does not maintain a permanent store of entered text or uploaded logos. Generation runs on the server, and you save the file to your device. A Wi-Fi QR code includes the network password, so share it only with people you want to grant access.
